DEANNA MOSS – A RECIPE FOR LOVE by Silvia Cambié

Deanna Moss had to write poetry and stories when she was in school. “That’s when I realised I had a creative spirit,” she says.

Her poems are about love but also about fear, demons and nightmares. Deanna has always had an interest in psychology and has worked both as a Samaritan and as a prison visitor.

At Roubi L’Roubi’s baroque music evening on 13th December, she will be reciting seven of her poems. Two are love poems. One describes the connection between a tree and its leaves. Another reads like a “recipe for love” listing the ingredients of a romantic relationship.

Moss owns an evening dress designed by Roubi. “I dress up every day. I love dressing up. If you start by making an effort in the morning, it will carry you through the day.”
