In the narrow court the sun struggles to reach the floor. The balconies in this dark and dull atmosphere seem to be rabbit cages…and two of them haven’t had their breakfast yet…‘Est-ce ainsi que les hommes vivent…?’ (Is it the way people are living…?) Louis Aragon (1897-1982)
